ironfern

I build tools, write docs, and host things myself. Minecraft mods, reverse engineering, self-hosted infra, shader dev — if it compiles, it's probably here.

What I've written up

Math Docs

Structured write-ups on the math I actually use — linear algebra, calculus, stats, and whatever rabbit hole I'm currently in. Readable, self-hosted, always evolving.

about

The human behind the server rack

I'm ironfern — a backend developer and hobbyist modder from Ukraine. I've been programming since age 9, touching everything from Minecraft mods and GLSL shaders to FPGA programming and firmware reverse engineering.

Currently tinkering with:

  • FlowRunner extension blocks for Backendless
  • Porting Scape & Run: Parasites to Minecraft 1.20.1
  • Policy-based routing on OpenWrt (VPN split-tunnel)
